Infant Room

Welcome to the Infant/Waddler room!  Our room cares for babies from six weeks to seventeen months old.  We strive to create a safe, nurturing, enriching, and fun environment for our little ones.  We encourage an active learning environment where babies are encouraged to discover their world by playing and exploring.  Most fundamental in our room are the caring, trusting, supportive relationships we establish with the children that are so very important for them to base their further growth.  We offer structured activities to help promote cognitive, social/emotional, sensory, and fine and gross motor development; yet, the caregivers in our room primarily take on a scaffolding approach that helps children learn and expand their development throughout their daily routine.
